Parramatta: A Dictionary of Place and Memory - W

I discovered the music of Angel Olsen in a magazine in the café Farmacia in Montevideo.

I went back to the hotel and listened to the song White Fire over and over. At the time, it suited my sensibility.

Now when I listen to it in Parramatta, it has such strong associations that I’m instantly transported to a specific period in the past.
