Evan Smith is a Visiting Fellow in the College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences at Flinders University. He has written widely on political extremism, national security and border control in Australia, Britain and South Africa. His latest book is No Platform: A History of Anti-Fascism, Universities and the Limits of Free Speech (Routledge, 2020).
